To ensure a smooth transaction, we require a 20% advance payment at the time of booking a Hydroking machine. This advance secures your order and initiates the manufacturing process. The remaining 80% of the payment must be completed at the time of delivery. Please note that the delivery of the machine will be contingent upon the receipt of full payment. This payment structure helps us manage our resources effectively and ensures that you receive your machine as scheduled.

2. Delivery

We strive to deliver all Hydroking machines within a standard timeframe of 15 days. However, delivery times may vary based on the current workload and availability of the machine. We will keep you informed about the expected delivery date and any changes to the schedule. Our goal is to provide timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.

3. Warranty

Hydroking offers a comprehensive 12-month warranty on all our machines. This warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship under normal operating conditions. During this warranty period, we will address any issues related to the machine's functionality at no additional cost. Please ensure that the machine is used according to the provided guidelines to maintain the validity of the warranty.

4. Return Policy

In the event that you need to return a Hydroking machine, a 50% return fee will be applicable. Returns are only accepted within the warranty period and must be accompanied by an evaluation of the machine’s condition and the reason for return. We evaluate each return request on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and transparency in the process.

5. Issue Resolution

Should you encounter any technical issues with your Hydroking machine, please provide us with a video detailing the problem. Charges will be applied based on the detailed work and specifications outlined in the bill. Any additional work or modifications not included in the original scope will incur extra charges. These charges will only be applied after obtaining customer approval.

10. Cancellation and Refund

If you need to cancel your order, please be aware that a 10% cancellation fee will apply if the order is canceled before work has commenced. Once work has started, refunds are not possible. This policy helps us manage our scheduling and resources effectively.

11. Liability

Hydrokings liability is limited to issues related to machine performance and delivery delays. We are not responsible for any unforeseen events or indirect damages that may occur. Our responsibility is confined to the direct services and products we provide.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or claims arising from our services or products will be resolved in the local court. We are committed to resolving conflicts amicably and in accordance with legal procedures.

All information and documents shared during the transaction will be kept confidential. We do not disclose any details to third parties without your consent. Your privacy and security are of utmost importance to us.
